The shower posed a significant slipping risk for anyone unsteady on their feet!!! A misleading advertisement about balconies and kettle availability left me frustrated. Very limited English TV channels could enhance international appeal!!!

I was really disappointed during my stay at this hotel. First, the room I was assigned was right above a garage forecourt, making it impossible to enjoy the balcony without feeling like I was on display. To make matters worse, I returned to find the reception unattended, leaving me quite frustrated after a long day. With the lack of staff and uncomfortable sleeping conditions, I doubt I will return anytime soon.
